Strife was created to provide users with a safe, private, and educational environment in which to practise difficult conversations, develop communication skills, and build confidence when navigating challenging personalities and high-pressure situations.

What Strife Is
Strife is an educational communication training platform designed to help people:

- Develop verbal self-defence skills.
- Recognise manipulation and pressure tactics.
- Improve conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strengthen boundaries and assertiveness.
- Explore alternative perspectives.
- Develop greater emotional awareness and composure.
Strife encourages respectful, lawful, and socially responsible communication.
What Strife Is Not
Strife does not advocate, encourage, or teach:
- Manipulation.
- Bullying.
- Harassment.
- Intimidation.
- Coercion.
- Exploitation.
- Abuse.
- Hate speech.
- Extremism.
- Illegal activity.
The platform is designed exclusively as a communication-skills and verbal self-defence coach.
Strife does not reward aggressive, abusive, or manipulative behaviour.
Content Restrictions
Users may not use Strife to generate, practise, or promote content that:
- Encourages violence or physical harm.
- Promotes terrorism or extremism.
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates others.
- Contains hate speech or discriminatory content.
- Facilitates illegal activity.
- Encourages self-harm or suicide.
- Exploits or harms minors.
- Shares personal or confidential information without permission.
- Seeks to manipulate, deceive, or exploit others maliciously.
Content that violates these standards may be refused, restricted, or removed.
AI Safeguards
Strife incorporates multiple safety measures designed to reduce harmful outputs and encourage constructive interactions.
These safeguards include:
- Content moderation.
- Safety-focused AI instructions.
- Restrictions on abusive and illegal content.
- User reporting mechanisms.
- Rate limiting and abuse prevention systems.
- Ongoing review and improvement of safety systems.
The AI may refuse or redirect conversations that violate our safety standards.
Role of Difficult Personalities
Some simulations may include difficult, hostile, manipulative, or high-pressure personalities.
These behaviours are presented solely for educational and defensive purposes, enabling users to practise recognising and responding to challenging real-world situations.
Strife never endorses these behaviours.

Strife is not:
- Therapy.
- Psychological treatment.
- Medical advice.
- Legal advice.
- Crisis support.
- Professional counselling.
Users experiencing mental health difficulties, abuse, or crisis situations should seek assistance from appropriately qualified professionals or local support services.
Age Requirement
Strife is intended for users aged 16 years and over.
Users under the age of 16 must not use the platform.
